In our work together, we may integrate a range of evidence-based techniques—such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, grounding practices, and cognitive-behavioral strategies—based on your unique needs and our shared understanding of what feels most helpful for you.
She believes the best theraputic counselling approach is one that fits individual clients' concerns and context. Trained from a person-centered base, therapy sessions may integrate cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS (or parts)), and yoga & mediation techniques.
